Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We are happy to offer a 14 day return policy on most items. Non-returnable products will be marked as such in the product page under "Shipping + Returns".
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return items within 14 days of your receipt of merchandise.
Items that are customized or special ordered are not eligible for return.
UrbisEco Home does not offer free shipping on returns unless product arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped to you.
We recommend you use a traceable method of shipping so you can track return delivery, when returning items with your own label.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new online order.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at christina@urbiseco.com.
